Hiring REMOTE Financial Planning & Analysis Associates – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Financial Planning & Analysis Associates. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Build, refine, and maintain multi-year financial models
• Develop financial projections and valuation models for fundraising
• Conduct company valuations using various methodologies
• Create scenario models to evaluate financial impacts
• Analyze variances and provide corrective action recommendations
• Partner with founders on budgeting and forecasting
• Define and report key metrics for valuation
• Design and deliver investor-grade reporting packages
Qualifications:
• & Tools:
• Strong Financial modeling skills (3-statement, scenario/sensitivity analysis, cohort/unit economics)
• Strong accounting fundamentals (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow; accruals vs cash)
• Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots; bonus: Power Query/Power Pivot)
• Hands on experience with ERP/accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage Intacct)
• 2+ Years as a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate or similar position
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
