Hiring REMOTE Sr. Paid Ads Managers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $2,400 – $4,000 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Sr. Paid Ads Managers. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Manage and optimize large-scale ad budgets to maximize ROI
• Create, test, and refine ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
• Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights
• Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaign alignment
• Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices
• Build and present performance reports to stakeholders
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns
• Proven track record of managing $50K+ monthly ad budgets
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO principles
• Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification preferred
