Hiring REMOTE Jr. Paid Ads Managers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,280 – $2,080 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Jr. Paid Ads Managers. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and flag issues to senior team members
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting analysis
• Help create ad copy and coordinate with designers on creatives
• Pull and organize performance data for reporting
• Assist with A/B testing setup and tracking
• Research competitor ads and industry trends
• Support landing page updates and optimizations
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience with paid advertising platforms
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing
• Basic Excel/Sheets skills for data analysis
• Google Ads certification is a plus
