Hiring REMOTE Social Media Creative Assistants – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,000 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Social Media Creative Assistants. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze YouTube Analytics and VidIQ data weekly to track performance metrics and trends.
• Recommend future content ideas and strategy based on historical data analysis.
• Write data-backed scripts for YouTube and podcast content weekly.
• Create platform-specific short-form content and adapt captions/scripts based on performance data.
• Schedule and distribute content, maintaining posting cadence aligned with performance patterns.
• Repurpose long-form content into blog posts and publish blogs using WordPress.
• Manage the upload and optimization of videos on YouTube and publish podcast episodes.
• Engage with comments and direct messages in brand voice, identifying themes for future content.
Qualifications:
• & Tools:
• Strong hands-on experience with Go High Level (non-negotiable)
• Familiar with email/SMS sequences and customer journeys
• Proven experience with analytical tools like Youtube Analytics and VidIQ
• Ability to navigate and manage tools like Canva and WordPress for content repurposing
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• 1+ Years as a Social Media Manager or similar position
