Hiring Senior Executive Assistant – Colombia – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: $1,920 – $3,200 USD Per Month!
We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Senior Executive Assistant positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working directly with the business.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to CEOs, founders, and senior executives
• Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and travel scheduling
• Monitor and triage executive inboxes, draft responses, and manage communications
• Lead follow-ups and ensure teams execute assigned actions and deadlines
• Prepare reports, trackers, and summaries using spreadsheets and dashboards
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and align team members on priorities
• Create presentations, briefing notes, and executive summaries
• Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted point of contact for leadership
• Anticipate needs and resolve problems independently before escalation
Qualifications:
• 3+ years supporting senior leadership (C-Suite, Founder, Director level)
• Advanced Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive)
• ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Notion, Airtable (project management tools)
• Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
• CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel (bonus)
• Experience preparing professional reports, SOPs, and meeting documentation
• Strong executive-level communication and analytical skills
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable handling high-responsibility tasks
• Strong judgment, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
