Hiring Experienced Virtual Assistant – Mexico – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: $1,120 – $2,080 USD Per Month!
We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Experienced Virtual Assistant positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working directly with the business.
Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day business operations across multiple workflows
• Provide client and internal team support via email, chat, and meetings
• Coordinate tasks, update trackers, and ensure follow-through on action items
• Assist with inbox management and communication prioritization
• Prepare reports, summaries, and status updates
• Manage schedules, meeting logistics, and follow-ups across time zones
• Maintain documentation and organize shared folders and databases
• Troubleshoot issues proactively and escalate when required
• Represent the client professionally in written and verbal communication
Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Operations Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
• Strong familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho)
• Experience with project management systems (Asana, Trello, Monday, ClickUp)
• Slack, Zoom, Teams, Airtable or Notion experience
• Excellent task coordination and time management
• Comfortable handling multiple workstreams at once
• Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive
• Comfortable working with evolving priorities and client requests
• Experience supporting US-based teams strongly preferred
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
