Hiring REMOTE Director of Operationss – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Director of Operationss. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily business operations and ensure alignment with company goals and growth targets
• Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes, workflows, and SOPs across departments
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure accountability, performance, and collaboration
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation across operational functions
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, forecasting, and organizational scaling
• Implement tools and systems to improve operational efficiency and team productivity
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and team development initiatives to support company growth
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in operations management, COO support, or director-level operations role
• Proven track record of building and optimizing operational processes at scale
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in remote or distributed environments
• Strong proficiency with project management and operations tools such as Asana, Monday, Notion, or ClickUp
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and leadership skills
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
