Hiring REMOTE Sales Finance Executives – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Sales Finance Executives. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Support sales teams with financial analysis, deal modeling, and pricing proposals
• Prepare and review sales contracts, commission structures, and revenue forecasts
• Track and report on sales pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and revenue performance
• Manage commission calculations, incentive tracking, and payout reconciliation
• Analyze deal profitability and provide recommendations on pricing and discount approvals
• Coordinate between sales, finance, and operations teams on deal-related financial matters
• Maintain CRM data accuracy for pipeline, deal stages, and revenue attribution
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales performance reports for leadership
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales finance, or financial analysis
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets including financial modeling and pivot tables
• Understanding of sales commission structures, revenue recognition, and deal economics
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
