Hiring REMOTE Project Coordinator – Constructions – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Project Coordinator – Constructions. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across construction teams and subcontractors
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• Track project budgets, expenses, and invoice approvals to ensure cost control
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between project managers, contractors, and clients
• Monitor project progress and flag delays, risks, or resource conflicts to leadership
• Manage permits, inspections, and compliance documentation for active projects
• Prepare weekly project status reports and progress updates for stakeholders
• Support procurement and material ordering by tracking lead times and delivery schedules
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or similar role
• Familiarity with construction project management tools such as Procore, Buildertrend, or PlanGrid
• Experience with budget tracking, scheduling software, and document management systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of construction project workflows
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
