Hiring REMOTE Lead Generation Specialists – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1280 – $1900 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Lead Generation Specialists to support their outbound sales and prospecting initiatives. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, identifying potential customers, conducting cold outreach, and qualifying leads for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and messaging channels
• Identify and research potential prospects that match target customer profiles
• Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs, budgets, and decision-making authority
• Schedule meetings or discovery calls for account executives and sales teams
• Maintain accurate prospect data and outreach activity within CRM systems
• Track outreach metrics such as call outcomes, response rates, and lead engagement
• Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and move opportunities through the pipeline
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging and targeting
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or outbound sales roles
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, or Freshsales
• Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Seamless.ai
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort making outbound calls
• Ability to qualify prospects and identify potential sales opportunities
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
