Hiring REMOTE AI Prompt Specialists – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1400 – $2500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire AI Prompt Specialists to support the development and optimization of AI-driven workflows. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, designing prompts, improving AI outputs, and helping integrate AI tools into business operations.
Responsibilities:
• Design and refine prompts to improve the quality and reliability of AI-generated outputs
• Develop structured prompt frameworks for tasks such as content generation, research, and automation
• Test and iterate prompts to optimize performance across different AI models
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement AI-driven workflows and automation processes
• Analyze AI outputs and adjust prompts to improve accuracy, tone, and relevance
• Document prompt structures, workflows, and best practices for internal teams
• Assist with integrating AI tools into marketing, operations, or customer support processes
• Monitor developments in AI models and prompt engineering techniques
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience working with AI tools, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted workflows
• Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar large language models
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar workflow automation platforms
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to experiment and iterate on AI prompts
• Ability to document processes and create structured workflows
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection and computer capable of running modern web-based AI tools
