Hiring REMOTE Medical Billers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1400 – $2500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Medical Billers to support healthcare practices with billing operations and insurance claim processing. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, helping manage billing workflows, submitting insurance claims, and ensuring accurate reimbursement for medical services.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit medical claims to insurance providers for healthcare services
• Review billing information to ensure accuracy of patient records and billing codes
• Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve billing discrepancies with insurance providers
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to claim submission
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation within medical billing systems
• Communicate with patients or insurance representatives regarding billing inquiries
• Monitor claim status and track reimbursements to ensure timely payments
• Assist with revenue cycle management and billing process improvements
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, or similar roles
• Experience with medical billing software such as Kareo, AdvancedMD, DrChrono, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks
• Familiarity with insurance claim processes, CPT/ICD coding basics, and revenue cycle workflows
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
• Ability to communicate professionally with patients, insurance providers, and healthcare staff
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
