Hiring REMOTE Network Operations Engineers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1400 – $2500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Network Operations Engineers to maintain and support their network infrastructure and system uptime. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring reliable connectivity across systems and environments.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor network performance, uptime, and connectivity across infrastructure environments
• Identify and troubleshoot network incidents affecting performance or availability
• Maintain and configure network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Investigate alerts and system logs to diagnose and resolve network issues
• Support incident response processes and escalate complex technical issues when necessary
• Assist with network configuration changes, upgrades, and maintenance tasks
• Document network incidents, troubleshooting steps, and system updates
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain network reliability and security
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in network operations, IT infrastructure, or similar technical roles
• Experience with networking tools and technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, MikroTik, or Ubiquiti
• Familiarity with network monitoring platforms such as Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG, or Datadog
• Understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for diagnosing infrastructure issues
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection and computer capable of supporting remote technical work
