Hiring REMOTE Hiring Managers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Hiring Managers. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle hiring processes from job requisition through offer acceptance
• Partner with department leads to define role requirements, interview scorecards, and hiring timelines
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates against role-specific criteria
• Coordinate interview panels, gather structured feedback, and guide hiring decisions
• Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate pipeline data
• Develop and improve hiring workflows, templates, and evaluation frameworks
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the process
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in a hiring manager, recruiting lead, or talent acquisition role
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles simultaneously
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or BambooHR
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
