1. About Anyshore.ai

Anyshore.ai is a talent-matching platform that connects English-proficient professionals from Latin America with verified remote job opportunities from U.S.-based companies. We facilitate connections but are not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

By using Anyshore.ai, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into agreements

  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and truthful

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Anyshore.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Anyshore.ai only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

You must not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Post fake job listings or impersonate individuals or companies

  • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users

5. Job Listings & Talent Matching

  • All job listings are vetted; however, Anyshore.ai does not guarantee hiring outcomes.

  • Employers are solely responsible for job descriptions, compensation, and hiring decisions.

  • Candidates are responsible for verifying role suitability and contractual terms before accepting offers.

Anyshore.ai is not liable for disputes between employers and candidates.

6. Payments & Compensation

Anyshore.ai does not process salary payments between employers and candidates unless explicitly stated. Compensation terms are agreed upon directly between both parties.

We are not responsible for:

  • Payment delays

  • Contractual disagreements

  • Employment termination decisions

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Anyshore.ai—including logos, text, designs, graphics, and platform functionality—is the intellectual property of Anyshore.ai.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission

  • Use our branding for unauthorized purposes

8. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Third-Party Links

Joseph Shepherd was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He is currently a law student at Barry University School of Law and is nearing completion of his Juris Doctorate. He received his undergraduate degree from Saginaw Valley State University focusing in Political Science and minoring in psychology. Joseph is uniquely interested in international relations, global affairs, diplomacy, and legal studies. He enjoys and spends his time traveling, playing soccer, and reading dystopian fiction and romance novels. He is currently Rudez PL’s legal intern and passionately advocates for injured Plaintiff’s across Florida.

Mara Mora

With over 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, Mara brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to the legal landscape. One of Mara’s driving forces behind her work, is a deep appreciation for people and their diverse backgrounds, she believes that effective marketing transcends boundaries and understanding different cultures, allows her to create campaigns that resonate on a personal level. Her goal at Rudez PL is to not just showcase the legal expertise but also to humanize the firm, making it relatable to a broad audience.

Jessica is a Case Manager at Rudez PL. She began working in the legal field nearly two years ago and loves every second of it. She is currently enrolled in college and pursuing a degree in psychology however, her ultimate goal is to attend law school. Being a case manager has given Jessica the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives and that is the most important part for her.
